After reviewing your information, we will carefully select the bonding company best suited for your particular case and then forward their application and supporting information to you.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN OUR OFFICE IF YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED BY A SURETY

Probate Bond

• Original signed application
• Copy of court appointment papers
• Joint Control Agreement, if required
• Fee Disclosure Agreement (in required States)
• Premium & Fee

You may fax (713-622-1861) your application to us. We will submit it to several sureties for acceptability and pricing. Decisions may take anywhere from one to forty-eight hours (or more) depending on the case, type of bond and workload of the underwriters. The underwriters may conduct a credit check. As the agent for this service we do not actually see the credit information. If there is a question concerning the content of a credit report, applicants may call the credit-reporting firm directly. The bond underwriter has the final say in pricing and applicant acceptability.
