The Texas Notary Bond Application serves as both the bond and notary commission application. Print, complete, sign and send this application to (Fax) 713-622-1861 or email to bond@suretybondservices.com.

Step 2
Payment: The cost of the notary commission and bond is $71.00 for a 4 yr notary commission and $10,000 bond. We accept MasterCard or VISA. Please call us at 713-622-1494 or email us at bond@suretybondservices.com to arrange payment and a receipt.

Step 3
Once the application and payment are received your application will be forwarded to the Texas Secretary of State's office and the bonding company. You will receive your Notary Commission directly from the Secretary of State by email or regular mail.
